Mage Solar To Build 1.2 MW Project In Belgium
MAGE SOLAR GMBH, part of the globally operating MAGE GROUP, today announced the signing of a 1.2 MW contract in Belgium. The project is being realized in the Flanders region in 2 construction stages.
Construction stage 1 will see the initial installation of 2,396 poly-crystalline MAGEPOWERTEC Plus modules with 225 Wp each together with the MAGE SAFETEC mounting system. Construction stage 2 will see the installation of an additional 3,220 poly-crystalline MAGE POWERTEC Plus modules with 225 Wp each. In addition to their own high-performance quality components, MAGE SOLAR will also use Fronius inverters.
“We are very present on the German market and at the same time are expanding our business all over the world,” says Norbert Philipp, CEO of MAGE SOLAR GMBH. “Our entry into the Belgian market represents a consistent implementation of our strategy of international expansion and at the same time strengthens our company’s future competitiveness “
This project also has special environmental significance. It was commissioned by the operator of a decontamination plant for soil and rubble. The photovoltaic system is intended to cover the entire energy needs of the decontamination plant, which is why the project was designed for maximum performance. The high performance class of MAGE POWERTEC modules ensures that more energy can be produced over less area.
