Graduated from Shanghai International Studies School, Jinling SHI started her career from 2007 outside China firstly in telecom sector as commercial manager, senior commercial manager travelling around various countries in different continents until settled down in France in 2011. In 2018 she joined Huawei France Smart PV team as key accounts director looking after the business development of solar IPP and EPC customers for French local market, aiming to better serve French solar market with Huawei ICT knowledge and advantages. With 15 years’ experience in sales and multi-cultural environments, she is a leading example for driven females in a challenging work environment.

Eric completed a master's in Industrial Computing and Electrical Engineering at the University of Metz. He has major experience in management, leading teams, set up of new organizations and sales including Business Development and Account Management across retail, commercial, wholesale and manufacturing with more than 12 years dedicated to selling solar, and renewable energy products across Europe.

Nicolas Clausset is currently in charge of power systems and renewable energies in the French ministry for ecological transition. His department is in charge of development of renewable power in France (hydropower, offshore and onshore wind, solar), power grids, and security of supply. Between 2019 and 2020, he was advisor for energy to the French minister Elisabeth Borne in charge of ecological transition.Between 2017 and 2019, he was head of Power system, planning and power grid unit. He worked on the 'Programmation Pluriannuelle de l'énergie'.

Passionate about the world of energy and the developments in the renewable energy sector, Natalia began her career as an Energy Market Analyst in one of the first consulting firms on the liberalized energy market in Paris: Indar Energy. For 5 years, she was in charge of energy market analyses and the development of electricity and gas purchasing strategies for major international groups. Natalia Tluczek joined Voltalia in 2018 as a CPPA Business Developer to accelerate the Corporate Power Purchase Agreement offer and renewable energy sourcing strategy for the Corporates across Europe.

After 10 years of consulting in housing policies, Antoine Dubos, Director of Development, joined Photosol just after its creation in 2008. Photosol is a pioneer in the field of agrivoltaics in France, with installations in operation for more than 10 years, and operates more than 330 MWp, including 160 MWp in agrivoltaics on over 250 hectares. Photosol's recognised expertise in the development of tailor-made projects makes it the partner of local authorities and the agricultural sector, thanks in particular to its experience and responsiveness.

Alex Taylor has been « Monsieur Europe » on French TV and radio for 30 years, also broadcasting on the BBC, German and with his own shows on international media such as Euronews, TV5 Monde and Radio France Internationale (of which he was also Programme Director). Over the last 20 years, he has hosted more than 1 500 international conferences and events. He teaches international journalism at the Sorbonne and has written several books on languages, of which he speaks 6. He was the presenter of the Paris Peace Forum in November 2021, hosting round tables with President Macron, US VP Kamala Harris, Ursula von der Leyen and the CEOs of Youtube, Amazon and Microsoft.

Josefin Berg, Associate Director in the Clean Energy Technology group at S&P Global Commodity Insights, analyzes the trends and strategies in the downstream photovoltaic (PV) market. Her focus areas include PV demand and forecasts, company strategies (developers and engineering, procurement, and construction providers); mergers and acquisitions, costs, and the integration of PV in the power generation mix. Ms. Berg authors reports on PV markets and trends, and she regularly speaks at industry events. Ms. Berg holds a Master of Science in environmental engineering from Uppsala University, Sweden. She speaks English, French, Spanish, and Swedish and is based in Barcelona, Spain.

Xavier Daval is president of the Solar Commission of the French Renewable Energies industry association (SOLER-SER) and Board Member of SER. Xavier is the founder and CEO of kiloWattsol. Ever since its creation in 2007 as a spin-off of an associated research laboratory of the French national research network CNRS, he led the company to become the most experienced French Solar expert and a respected European Technical Advisor in the field of photovoltaic projects with a track record exceeding 5GWp world-wide. Xavier is an Electronic engineer and former Director EMEA of a world-leading manufacturer of tools for the electronics industry. Besides, Daval is an associated teacher with ENTPE Engineering school and Lyon I University and a guest lecturer for Entrepreneurship at EM-Lyon, one of Europe’s top 10 business schools.

Yohann Guichard leads Finergreen's Offtake Advisory team, overseeing the arrangement and structuring of PPAs on a global scale. He brings with him extensive experience, having spent close to two decades at Engie before joining the Paris-headquartered advisory. His journey at Engie started in 2004 within the trading unit Gaselys, where he focused on originating energy supply contracts and risk management, working in commodities markets including gas, power, and oil derivatives, as well as dry bulk commodities, carbon emissions, and freight. Yohann holds a master’s degree in Banking, Finance, and Commodities from the Université Montesquieu Bordeaux 4.

With a solid reputation in asset and project finance transactions acting for major Banks and Financial institutions, Sylvie assists many Financial Advisers and internationally based companies in organizing the most efficient debt structuring for various types of projects. She is recognized in the setting up of complex, innovative asset and project finance deals. Over her long experience, she has acted for various actors on both domestic and cross-border transactions as well as in the structuring of off-balance sheet transactions in relation to the leasing of assets and financing various investments, especially in the energy and transportation sectors. In 2017, she created La Plateforme Verte, a do-tank aimed at facilitating the dialogue between developers, funders and regulation actors in order to encourage the energy transition with capital and loans.

Marceau opened the French office of Enerparc in the beginning of 2019, to develop the project development activities and supervise the ongoing constructions. After graduating in 2012 from the School of Mines in Energy engineering and from the Advanced Master “Energy Management and Marketing” from Grenoble Ecole de Management, he joined in 2013 the international business development team of Enerparc AG.Headquartered in Hamburg, the Enerparc group is an international PV expert active on the entire value chain of solar power plants, from project development and EPC to O&M and portfolio management.

Antoine Nogier, 52 years old, is a graduate engineer from the French Engineering School Ecole Polytechnique and an energy and environmental economist. He began his career in the photovoltaic industry in the mid-1990s by actively tackling water and energy access issues for southern countries. In 2000, Antoine launched with some business partners a research and consulting company specialized in strategy and innovation in the sustainable development and renewable energies industries, and provided their services to large French corporations such as Total, EDF, ENGIE, Areva, etc. In 2007, he founded the Sun’R Group specialized in photovoltaic energy production and launched in parallel from 2009 a new research program called Sun’Agri dedicated to Dynamic Agrivoltaics. Sun’Agri was established as a company in 2019 and became a subsidiary of the Sun’R Group. As leader of Agrivoltaics in France, the company develops partnerships with Independent Power Producers (IPPs) who believe in Agrivoltaics creating positive impacts. Together with both competitors and partners, Antoine launched in 2022 France Agrivoltaisme, a professional association dedicated to promoting Agrivoltaics and making recommendations for the setting-up of a fair and sustainable framework for the development of the industry.

Alexandre is Research Lead at Aurora, leading the French and Iberian power market modelling and analysis. Formerly expert at Elia System Operator in the European market department. Alexandre holds two master's degrees, one electrical engineer degree from the Université of Liège, and one general management degree from the Vlerick Business school.

After a degree at the business school ESSCA Ecole de Management, Pierre Guerrier started his career in the sale of technical solutions for the building sector. He became marketing manager, sales national director and general manager, and decided to jump into the PV sector when nascent in 2009. Starting as Head of Development at Sun’R an innovative IPP pioneer in agrivoltaics, he pursued in this role for France by Sonnedix, a worldwide pure PV player. He has been administrator of Enerplan (French solar syndicate) and is convenor of the Plateforme Verte work group dedicated to agrivoltaics.

Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.

Mathieu Lassagne is CEO of ZE Energy. He has an excellent knowledge of the energy markets and their financing and has over 15 years of experience in the energy sector. He was previously Deputy Managing Director of Solairedirect, in charge of general services, operations and maintenance of production sites. Previously, he was responsible for large acquisition and investment projects within the M&A department of the Engie/ GDF SUEZ Group (May 2010 to September 2015), after having been in charge of acquisition and investment projects for the branches (E&P, distribution, trading ...) between 2008 and 2010 and of the strategic and financial planning of the group between 2006 and 2008. He previously worked for the EDF Group in the Optimisation and Trading and BtoC Marketing activities between 2000 and 2006.

With 10 years of experience in the renewable energy industry, Vincent leads SMA sales activities in France, North, and West Africa. Prior to joining SMA in 2016, Vincent was successfully involved in sales and business development roles for PV panels manufacturers, in France and internationally. Relying on SMA wide expertise and solutions portfolio for Home, Business, and Large Scale applications as well as on a solid team, his objective is to support industry players in making the energy transition happen.

A graduate of Hec Paris, father of 4 children, Olivier Degos has held various financial and general management positions in the energy sector within large multinational groups (Elf Aquitaine, Engie for 20 years). After managing Engie's services subsidiary in the South West of France, he joined the Aquitaine Regional Council in 2010 as Deputy Director-General in charge of energy, environment, agriculture, forestry and tourism, before joining the Caisse des Dépots et Consignations as Deputy Director of the ecological and energy transition department. For the last 4 years, he has been the general manager of the "Chambre D'Agriculture Nouvelle-Aquitaine" and is passionate about agriculture/renewable energy issues, in particular agrivoltaics and methanization

Mathilde Ketoff joined RGREEN INVEST in 2019 as Investment Director, after working 12 years at BNP Paribas. Specialized in structured finance, infrastructure and sustainability, she initially advised and financed sponsors, developers and governmental entities for the implementation of renewable energy projects in the EMEA zone. She then provided upstream support to Oil & Gas companies (small- and mid-caps) answering to their financial needs and business development goals (acquisition, development, projects, junior debts…). Since her arrival at RGREEN INVEST, she has taken the helm of the company’s dedicated Debt strategy and overseen the execution of around 30 transactions in Europe, supporting developers in their RE, green mobility and storage projects.

Olivier Guillaume boasts 20+ years’ experience in M&A, business development, and renewable energy infrastructure investment. His focus on the renewable energy industries dates back to 2006, when he became business development project director for EDF/EDF EN Group. He then transitioned to fund adviser in renewable energy investments for ESU Services as well as for URG Capital, an infrastructure fund dedicated to renewable energy investments, before joining RGREEN INVEST in 2016 where he is partner and Head of Equity investments.

David is the founder and president of Green Lighthouse Development, an actor in innovation, with two specific offerings that share a forward-looking vision for the future: innovation consulting and the development of network parity solutions. Before, he was director of development at Urbasolar and Engie.

Richard Jadot is a partner of our Paris office specialised in banking and finance activities, in particular in acquisition, project and asset finance transactions in and from France. He has considerable experience in banking and finance generally, and advises banks, financial institutions, funds and companies in and from France for the development of their activities, including on regulatory aspects. He notably assists clients on the drafting and negotiation of simple or complex credit agreements and security packages, and on debt restructurings in the context of pre-insolvency and insolvency proceedings. His main areas of expertise are acquisition finance, project finance (renewable energy and infrastructure), asset finance (aviation) and factoring. He assists regularly French and foreign companies in the renewable energy sector in particular, for several years, Bpifrance in relation to the financing of biomass and onshore wind projects. Prior to joining DWF, Richard was the head of the banking practice area of Hogan Lovells Paris for 20 years.

Ramses Struijker Boudier is a Project Manager at Solarplaza, focussing on projects in France, Agrivoltaics and Africa. In the past, he worked for the Dutch Ministry of Foreign Affairs in Vietnam, focussing on promoting sustainable development alongside the food-water-energy nexus. He holds a bachelor's degree in Economics and International Relations from the Erasmus University Rotterdam, and a master's degree in Climate Change and Environmental Sciences from King's College London.
