Joshua is a renewable energy professional with over 12 years of commercial and technical experience in utility-scale battery storage and solar technology. Joshua is the Head of Storage at Econergy, a renewable energy IPP that operates across 6 different regions with over 450MW of solar, wind and battery storage projects under construction and 155MW of operation solar PV. He joined in 2021 to head the technical, commercial, and strategic aspects of the company’s stand-alone and co-located storage projects in the UK and also developing the overseas storage strategy. Econergy is currently building over 100MWh of battery storage projects in the UK and has a further 1GW of storage projects nearing ready to build. Before joining Econergy, he worked for a leading German inverter manufacturer, SMA Solar Technology, where he served as the technical expert for the UK and Ireland. He has been involved in the design and delivery of over 800MW of utility-scale solar and storage projects.

Anna Chmielewska

Anna has 15 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Central Europe with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities business segment. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD's financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also natural resources, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.

Sonja Monica BERLIJN, born in Amsterdam, received her M.Sc. degree in Electrical Engineering from the TUE, Eindhoven, the Netherlands in 1994, her PhD degree from TUG, Graz, Austria, in 2000 and her MBA in 2012 from Melbourne University. She is an international recognized expert within Power Systems and considered a role model for young female engineers. She has been working at the High Voltage Laboratory of KEMA; the Netherlands (1993-2000), and at STRI in Sweden (2000-2008). She worked at the overhead line department at Statnett (2008-2014) and was responsible for the electromechanical and insulation co-ordination design of the world's largest voltage upgrading project. She was SVP for Statnett's R&D and part-time professor in Power Systems at the NMBU (2014-2021). She was professor in sustainable integrated energy systems at KTH (2021-2025). In May 2023 she started as business director and Senior Principal Consultant at DNV. Since 2025 she is part time professor at the UiO- She has been and still is member of board member of several organizations and centra. In 1998 she got a Working Group Recognition Award from PES IEEE and in 1999 she got the prize paper award from ISH 99/Hydro-Quebec. She became senior IEEE member in 2020. In 2021 she got elected as fellow in the Swedish Royal Academy for Engineering Sciences (IVA).

Lena Boczkaja is an attorney-at-law, counsel in Clyde & Co Warsaw office and a member of the Energy Team with over 9 years’ experience in energy sector. She specialises in comprehensive advisory for energy sector companies, including in the renewable energy sources (RES) sector. She uniquely combines her knowledge of investment processes with practical experience in real estate law, as well as construction and contractual issues. She oversees and manages due diligence reviews, for wind farm projects, solar farms and battery storage facilities, notably in regard to financing and M&A deals. Lena is equally adept at helping clients in the domestic and EU markets. She advises corporations on market strategies, with particular focus on regulatory issues. She produces analyses and opinions on energy and civil law. Lena also advises on project finance, negotiates terms and conditions of financing for RES projects, and supports investors in contractual issues connected with the construction of RES facilities, project development and the sale of shares in project companies.

Corentin graduated in engineering at an engineering school in Paris (Ponts et Chaussées) and studied his master in sustainable energies at the Imperial College in London. Corentin has joined Clean Horizon in 2016 and is now partner, he is heading market analysis activities. As such, he acts as project manager on key market analysis projects as well as price forecasts efforts of the company. Additionally, Corentin is the commercial director of Clean Horizon.
