Paweł Czaus has nearly 20 years of experience as a manager, consultant and senior executive. He used to advise to leading entities in the energy, finance, insurance and telecommunications sectors. He implemented projects in Poland, Hungary, Sweden, Germany, Latvia, Romania, and Portugal. In 2015, he started working on renewable energy projects. He was a co-founder and Member of the Management Board for Operations in Foton Technik (currently E.ON Foton). Previously, he worked for the Boston Consulting Group, Kinnevik/Tele2 Group, Rocket Internet/Westwing and Netia.

Filip is a graduate of the Faculty of Energy and Fuels at the AGH University of Science and Technology in Kraków, MBA studies at Koźmiński Executive Business School in Warsaw and Technische Universität Clausthal in Clausthal-Zellerfeld.

Dr. Christian Schnell is a partner in the Energy & Natural Resources practice team of Dentons’ Warsaw Office and also practices in the Munich office. Christian has more than 20 years of experience in advising on developments, acquisitions, disposals, EPCs, PPAs and heat supply agreements in the renewable energy sector in Poland, Central-Eastern and Southeast Europe. Christian has a varied client base, advising direct investors, renewable energy and infrastructure funds, private equity and private debt, international developers and financial institutions in respect of development, construction and operational projects. Bart has been involved in Poland for over 3 years and over the course has supported many developers and investors. He has been in the renewables industry since 2010 and has seen different perspectives: from project development to procurement and tender management to internal certificate and power markets. Bart holds a Masters's in Aerospace engineering from Delft University.

Anna has 15 years of finance and banking experience, including extensive expertise in structured finance.Currently Anna is responsible for EBRD activity in Central Europe with focus on Power, Energy & Utilities business segment. Her responsibilities involve structuring and execution of EBRD's financings including project finance structures, public-private partnerships and privatisations.Anna joined EBRD in 2006, and since then she has led numerous financing in different sectors (including also natural resources, transport, property) with an gradually increasing specialisation in energy and infrastructure. These transactions included wide range of complex debt, equity as well as syndicated deals. Prior to joining EBRD, Anna worked at Barclays Capital in London. Before that she gained experience at AIB in Dublin, HVB in Munich and National Bank of Poland.Anna holds PhD in Economics from the Warsaw School of Economics, MA in Finance from the Warsaw School of Economics, CEMS Masters in International Management.
