Oana routinely advises clients on the most difficult and strategic matters involving C-Suite decision making and is recognized by clients and peers for the successful execution and implementation of the provided advice. She also advises on all aspects of ESG requirements and related law. Oana has gained broad expertise assisting clients on an array of green and brown field projects and advising foreign and local investors, supporting them from planning throughout the entire operational business and undertaking complex issues related to business development and investment in Romania.

Claudia Griech

She took over the position of general director of E.ON Energie Romania starting on 1st of May 2021, with full responsibility for the Customer Solutions segment, both B2C and B2B areas. At the same time, Claudia also fulfills the role of a member of the E.ON Romania Board. Claudia Griech has been working for E.ON company since 2005, having management roles in the marketing and sales area. From these positions she successfully coordinated the transformation of the B2C segment from the status of an energy supplier to an energy solutions provider. She graduated from "Babeş-Bolyai" University, Cluj-Napoca, Romania, Faculty of Applied Modern Languages.

Although after graduating he opted for a technical path in electricity, after reaching a maximum level of technical coordination, decided to make a career turn and "attack" the commercial part. Taking advantage of the implementation of the new structure of the Romanian electricity market, he dedicate himself to the implementation of a market mechanism for balancing production with consumption and launch the "balancing market". After a successful implementation he passed in the private sector where he developed himself both personally and professionally. During his career he had the opportunity to work in both state and private sector, to represent the companies and the country on numerous international working groups and to contribute to the implementation of a fair electricity market in Romania. Since 2009 he is leading the activity of the GEN-I group in Romania and in 2021 was elected president of Romanian Energy Supplier Association AFEER.

Andreea is currently Financial Director within Nofar Energy, part of an international group companies specialized in the field of energy production from renewable sources. Among other projects, Nofar is building the largest solar project in Romania, with a capacity of 154MW. Andreea has over 18 years of experience in important credit institutions in Romania, in project financing and syndication in the energy, industry and real estate sectors.

Irene is the Policy Officer of RPIA. With a background in International Relations, Political Science, and European Studies, her work focuses on EU regulations and the national energy transition. Irene is preoccupied with policies and initiatives to accelerate the efficient development of solar power and the associated value chain, engaging actively with relevant stakeholders at the domestic and European levels.
