On the second conference day of the Solarplaza Summit Asset Management North America ‘22 (April 7th), we hosted an insightful and inspiring panel discussion on Diversity, Equity and Inclusion in the Solar Asset Management space. The panel was enthusiastically led by Amanda Bybee (Amicus O&M Cooperative) and featured great input from Ajulo Othow (Carolina Solar Services), Kate Collardson (Omnidian), and Aaron Bingham (BayWa r.e.).
Over the course of the discussion, the panelists mentioned a wealth of helpful resources and empowering initiatives in the industry. To make sure that all this useful input doesn't get lost, we reached out to the panel to compile an overview of the various sources and efforts mentioned.
